If orders are used improperly, we reserve the right to refuse to produce them. Every item we sell can be used to restore damaged documents, replace lost or damaged ones, replace closed schools, make extra copies for your home or office, make fun and interesting fakes, use theatrical props for advertisements and movies, or provide temporary credentials while you wait for your real ones to arrive, among other uses. If your credentials do not match those on file with the institution, we do not consider these to be authentic.
Our novelty transcripts, diplomas, and certificates are not “exact” replicas of the actual paperwork. Although the fonts, phrasing, layouts, and symbol placement of our reproductions are based on the original school design, we are limited in how precisely we can replicate the original design due to technological and legal constraints. We don’t, for example, type the names of the original administrators or falsify their signatures. Additionally, our emblems are original to us, with variations that might be apparent in both design and application method, as many emblems, seals, and logos are protected by copyright by the original organisation.
A life experience school or someone professing to provide authentic documents with verification are considered diploma mills. They falsely assert that purchasing their credentials equates to obtaining a degree, which is untrue. Since we are not a diploma mill, we would never state that using our products will get you a degree if you were not granted one. We exclusively create for theatrical use, novelty, replacement, duplication, or restoration. You should never, ever misrepresent yourself as having a degree using your fake diplomas if you did not first have one.
We will not create fictitious degrees with the titles MD, JD, LLB, DDS, or any other degree from the fields of law, medicine, nursing, or “biotechnology.” Anything that could imply someone could prescribe medication or “treat” someone else won’t be printed.
Fake diplomas or certifications in the areas of operating a train or bus, flying an aircraft, securing the public interest, or anything related to aviation will not be produced by us. Documents pertaining to structural engineering and construction, gas, oil, or chemicals will not be printed by us.
Anything that is labelled as “certified,” “certification,” or “verified”—such as government certifications or credentials from the real estate, financial consultancy, or public accounting industries—will not be printed. Additionally, we will not award degrees in the following areas: automobile, construction (including structural, building, electrical installing, etc.), health and safety, biochemistry, or anything pertaining to security or safety.
We reserve the right to reject your order if we suspect that you plan to use our items against the general welfare or public safety. In addition, we reserve the right, if we think it essential, to contest or refuse any other products not listed above.
If you plan to use them improperly, we won’t create an order for you. (We only create them for props, restoration, oddity, extra copies for your wall, and replacements.)

You acknowledge that we reserve the right to modify your order in any way we deem appropriate without prior notice, as long as it can improve your product by placing an order and accepting the terms and conditions. Examples include rephrasing your degree, correcting spelling errors, changing the color and size of the paper, reducing the quality of the seal when necessary—which may result in a credit limit if you spend more—upgrading your product only with your consent. This policy is solely for the purpose of improving your product. Complaints regarding order changes will be handled and modified in exchange for a reprinting fee. As stated in our “do not” list, this also applies to specific requests we are unable to fulfill.

Refunds will not be provided for documents that are deemed insufficiently authentic. All sales are considered final. We kindly request that you conduct the necessary research before placing your order.

In the event of a delayed delivery for which the shipper (DHL, FedEx) is responsible, we won’t issue a refund. Once the carrier has picked up your product, we are no longer in control of the shipping process. We can’t be held liable if the shipper fails to identify your address or if you are unavailable to sign for the item, resulting in a delay beyond the expected timeframe. In such cases, you may be able to file a claim with the carrier for immediate reimbursement.
If there is a spelling or content error, we will promptly replace the document and arrange for reshipment using the original shipping method, rather than offering a refund.
Schools only issue 100% legitimate diplomas. Considering that we, or any other organization, are not affiliated with schools, the documents we and many other organizations provide as alternatives to school-issued ones may be regarded as novelty or counterfeit. Please be aware of this distinction when placing an order. If printing any content is intended for amusement, personal use only, or as props, it should align with the content in school records.
You can cancel an unpaid order at any time.
Order not yet shipped:
If you cancel your order after placing and paying for it, your deposit will be forfeited. Once the order is confirmed, we incur costs and losses as we proceed with designing and manufacturing your product.
Order has been shipped：
Once you have placed and paid for your order, and it has been dispatched, we are unable to provide refunds.
